SCOTTSDALE, AZ, May 17, 2007 – Sunshine Holdings Corporation today announced the merger of its Sunshine Custom Publishing, Inc. division with True North Custom Publishing LLC of Chattanooga, TN. This transaction will unite two fast-growth organizations, expanding the combined company’s presence as America’s largest custom health care publishing company.

Mr. Jim Martin is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Sunshine Holdings Corporation, and Mr. David McDonald will continue as President and Chief Executive Officer of True North Custom Publishing. True North Custom Publishing will operate as the custom publishing division of Sunshine Holdings Corporation, and Mr. McDonald will be joined in divisional leadership by Ms. Ann Farmer, currently Chief Operating Officer of True North, and by Mr. Jason Provonsha, currently Vice President of Business Development of True North. True North will maintain its industry-leading brand identity and market presence, and the division will remain based in Chattanooga, TN.
