**For purposes of determining CPC dues, revenue is the gross proceeds generated by a member company on custom publishing projects managed by that member company; it is the amount billed to custom publishing clients, advertisers in or sponsors of those custom publications, and subscribers and single-copy buyers of those custom publications.

**Members who are not fully paid will not be eligible for CPC benefits, including but not limited to a presence on the CPC Web site, attendance at meetings, inclusion in marketing materials and public relations efforts and access to proprietary research information.
