Because to get where we’re going we need a superstar Traffic/Print Production Manager. The Traffic/Print Production Manager oversees the efficient flow of work within the advertising agency. Duties include scheduling and tracking projects; opening/closing jobs, maintaining job files, generating traffic reports, tracking and monitoring job progress, routing projects between divisions, communicating production requirements, securing project specs/estimates from the production manager/creative director, invoice management, securing project approval from team, issuing purchase orders, and conducting traffic meetings. Recognizes and proactively resolves problems affecting production, including schedules and quality. Print production experience is required; additional duties include workflow management, vendor negotiations, print buying, cost and quality control, logistical coordination and press checks. Excellent organizational skills, attention to accuracy, ability to multi-task, eye for detail, quality-assurance, and previous traffic experience required. A 4-year degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field, is required. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of similar experience.
