What Kind of Talent Are We Seeking? 
We are looking for a dynamic Account Director who can jump right in and master the knowledge needed to provide senior oversight and day-to-day senior client contact on assigned accounts as needed. Our Account Director will demonstrate expertise in client service, relationship building and project management, and will contribute to new business efforts as quarterback for RFP responses and pitches or as a marketing knowledge contributor.

Our Account Director will take on the management of staff. This includes managing time out of the office, workload, and day-to-day job engagement, as well as more in-depth management activities such as goal setting, development, coaching, and mentoring.

Our Account Director will be someone who enjoys managing the variables in complex situations to achieve the most productive outcomes. He or she will also connect with people in general, and strive to find balance while using past experience as a blueprint for future actions. Our Account Director will be vigilant and deliberate in identifying possible outcomes, and able to explain his or her strategic and tactical thinking in their most basic terms.

Additionally, our Account Director will be driven to accomplish and achieve, with an eye toward results. He or she will be adaptable to change while remaining disciplined in adhering to processes, schedules, and timelines.

What Experience Should You Bring To This Position?
9+ years of demonstrated marketing services/client service experience in publishing, public relations, or advertising. Experience must include 2-3 years leading important accounts, managing client and internal relationships (including those with creative and analytical teams), and managing staff.
